Frequently Asked Questions

Do you cater for children / families? Yes we do. Children can easily participate in any of the tours: we have a child’s bicycle seat, buggy and tag-behind bike, and a range of children’s bicycles, and we can easily accommodate children on the walking and truck tours.

Do you still do tours if it is raining? If the weather on the day means that your experience with us will likely be unpleasant, then we will cancel the tour. If there are likely to be passing showers or a little rain, then we will usually go ahead (you probably wont get cold, and chances are, the sun will be back out before you know it!). We provide ponchos that you can borrow if you do not have a rain coat.

Can I request to do a tour on a day that it is not scheduled? Yes, you can certainly ask, and if we can, we will make arrangements to accommodate you.

Do you do local rates? Yes. If you are a resident on the island, we will do a discounted rate for you.

Do you have e-bikes? Storytellers do not have e-bikes. However, if you wish to book an e-bike to do the tour, we can take you using your e-bike. Can you cater for different dietary requirements / restrictions? Yes we can! Our wonderful caterers will adapt dishes to ensure that any dietary requirements or restrictions that you may have are taken care of. Just let us know when you are making your booking.
